From our customer service department we report several times a the dayabout the operations of reception, storage, packing, forwarding, transport and situation of goods as well as callbacks from customers and incidents encountered in any of the points of the chain.

Our customers, and their own, can have specific visibility in the exclusive Area, where they can access the different reports developed for understanding the situation of the stock status of orders, receipts, deliveries to customers and the different services provided.

To facilitate access to the information and prevent administrative errors, the information systems team is at the service of our clients, ensuring the integration of its systems management with Hansen & Cawley.
